“It was great because I was able to be myself and have so many experiences that people didn’t photograph, but it also made me severely anxious when I was photographed,” she told the outlet. “My heart rate would accelerate and I’d hyperventilate.”
Moretz has begun to process her “self-loathing” and the “jarring shift in my consciousness” about the attention her body has received through therapy and a much-needed career break.
